Not even close to the year or 300 days of no self harm, but I hit 45 today! I've hit that once in the last two years. I'm proud of me!

Hey, you're doing fantastically. Never compare yourself to anyone else... I reached a few months, messed up and started again. You're doing good, good job!

45 days is SUCH a huge accomplishment!
Try not to focus on the "big" picture of 300 days, for in order to even reach that many it all depends on the little days in-between. If you can get through those, then you're all set.
As my hockey coach use to say to me "you have to win all the little battles if you want to win the game."
Just keep doing what you're doing!

Cthomas- Congrats on your 30 days!

Thanks to everyone. I hit 50 days today. Only 15 days till my next goal. In 13 days I will have gone longer without self harm then I have in the last two years!

45 WTG! Congratulations on 50 days! You're winning and you should be very proud of yourself! Just take it one small step and one day at a time. You can do it!
