It's been a long time, but I feel the need to bleed.

Just to relieve the pressure...

No one will know; they never do.

I can explain it away if I have to... I am good at that!

I just need to bleed.

I am sorry your pain is so much right now. I hope you have been able to resist hurting yourself. I understand how the pain can become so overwhelming. Maybe you can resist five minutes, then five more and so on. Sometimes that helps.

I just went to bed instead. Sleeping always helps.

Boy, it sure has been along time since I have felt the desire to do harm to myself.

This time was different, though. I said it out loud (figuratively speaking) to someone before I did anything. When I did that, the desire just seemed to fade...weird, eh?

Maybe that's the key for me, because SI was always such a private thing. No one IRL knows that I ever did that (except, of course, my docs).

Thanks for caring! Not going through this alone is really helping me alot!

I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!
