I have nice sharp nails to hurt myself with. I deserve nothing good. Tonight I will hurt myself as I ''deserve''... I am not worth anything good. They all tell me that.

I see you posted this yesterday. And I hope you were able to find it within yourself not to harm yourself.
 I did this recently. It's SO embarrassing! (I've been able to work it around to where I didn't have to admit to anyone what I actually did.) I'm old... I should know better! But for some reason I up & did additional damage to a condition I brought upon myself to begin with that is not treatable. (There's no fool, like an old fool!) All harming ourselves does is to... well... harm ourselves. It doesn't solve anything. Please take care.
