Lately, my scars have been triggering me. I’m looking for some ways to cover them, but I haven’t found anything yet. Has somebody found some effective way to cover them? I have new and old ones, some queloids and hypertropic ones, so it’s really complicated (or I feel that way).
Having to touch them is also a trigger. I’m holding out, but it’s harder everyday. Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

I plan on tattooing mine because looking at them triggers me too, so there's that. You could find a "cool gear" long sleeve shirt/pants too. A lot of people wear long sleeves specially made for heat here in the summer so they don't get sunburn. If they're closer to the wrist you could wear a watch and bracelets.

Yes, tattooing something over them is an option for me too, but the last one. I'm not a fan of tattoos. I always cover them with clothes, they are on my belly and thights, so it's not difficult... but if I touch my thight for some reason, for example, I can feel them over my clothes. I'm really self-concious of them and it makes me think about them every time, because I'm always wondering if someone will notice.
I guess I'm still looking for some miracle solution that will get them to disappear.
