I slip up today. I started self harming again. I started head banging again. I am feeling overwhelmed again.

Please don't do this! Head banging is how I ended up with tinnitus as well as, I believe, a detached retina in one eye. The detached retina was repairable. But I'll have the tinnitus for as long as I live. I know how difficult it can be to stop. If I could, I'd go do it again now. But I'm scared to death it would make my tinnitus even worse than it already is. And there's no treatment of any consequence.

Thanks for this!
