Dear josh,
I think you are very insightful about your situation. It is often rare to find this level of insight in people. The fact that you are insightful bodes well for you in my opinion. Not falling into habits and struggling against habits requires a great deal of patience and motivation. Those afflicted with mental illness often have to work against powerful forces that those not afflicted cannot possibly understand.
