I'm in the middle of a med change and so I'm very depressed. I sobbed for 15 minutes this morning. I have no one I can talk to. I even called a hotline. The lady didn't want to talk to me. She just wanted to lock me up. So I got off the phone and injured myself. I haven't done that in a few years. But I didn't know what else to do. I used DBT to stop. I told my therapist. I'm not sure if she will send the police. But now I'm scared.

I talked to my med provider. He suggested I increase my PRN. So I did that. I feel better. I feel a lot calmer. I'm distracting myself by decluttering my apartment. I also did some art therapy, which was helpful. I drew out how I was feeling. I made it as vivid as possible.
