Perhaps you could consider this to be a sort-of sign that you should not? I do know how difficult it is when you want to so bad but cannot.

Yeah. I'm okay. Suicidal today for some reason. I have so much to look forward to, not least of all, Disneyland next week. But these stupid thoughts of and feelings of suicide came and are hounding me. Ugh. Makes me want to self harm to get rid of the thoughts. Only I know they will come back with a vengeance.

Yeah, that was always me too. I had my favorites but in a pinch I could use anything. Try to be as safe as you can my friend, whether or not you self harm.
