I do this thing when im overwhelmed I dig my nail into my arm. I know that's how I avoid the emotions and mask it by a physical sensation. lately I found out when I'm very overwhelmed, digging in with nails cant not relieve anymore. And somehow in my mind I cant stop thinking about putting a needle in myslef to drain those emotions out.
P.S I have a very good protective mechanism since I have 0 pain tolerance. So when I tried it with a diabetic Lancet it was just too painful. |

I am so sorry you are overwhelmed. That is a stressful and distressing situation to be in. Wish I knew what to say that would be helpful to you, but I am at a loss. I hope things improve for you so you will not be overwhelmed. It is heartbreaking that you are so heavily burdened!
