I fought the urge to self harm it been a week

I used some ice, massage, draw lines where I want to harm. I had a tic tac, went for a walk to distract myself.

Hi all, I have the same issues. I've been without injured me, since summer. The urge comes, like today, when heavy stress ECT is hard on me. I learned a good trick that has helped me.
My therapist gave me the tools. I draw instead of hurt wherever. I see above you also know that one. It's the only thing that helps me. Thanks for listening, I have no one to talk to about this stuff right now. Moved cross country and haven't connected with mental health services that are worthwhile yet.

I been struggling again with self harming. I been using ice and a marker to help with my self harming.
