Hi folks,

I've been contracting this week with my therapist, for 24 hours a time, where I won't hurt myself. I do this sometimes when I don't feel like I can count on me to keep me safe. Like I don't care if I hurt myself, but my therapist cares, so I will do it for her. I think I have contracted the past four days in a row! Yesterday night when I asked for another 24 hour contract she asked what was going on with me? I tried to respond today via text to let her know but really I'm not sure. It's just the longing to and the being exhausted and worn down and out of coping skills. She wants to make a special contract for me that will be better than just promising for 24 hours. Good luck with that. I don't know what else we can do. It's keeping me safe for now but I am kind of wondering if I am bugging her. The good thing/or bad thing is that it is almost the weekend. Either I will improve or go downhill and self harm. Either way I won't need to contract.

HUGS kit
