This month, I have four exams. Two of them did not go well due to excessive stress. I have the next one on Monday. As I usually study in the library, I cannot hit myself - which is my ususal go-to - but I have come up with something else: I go to the toilet and pinch my inner thighs. It calms me down and other than a light bruise that should fade within a few days, it does not show.
If it helps me study and I don't damage myself for the rest of my life, it is a good thing, no? |

I'm glad you are not doing more destructive things to yourself. That itself is an accomplishment given all the pressure you are under. I hope the stress level in your life levels off. It's awful being under stress.
