All i know is ive cut tonight.

Like many other nights. And i need to get treatment. But i just dont know if i can anymore.

Im hopeless. Im lost. And im actually not sure why im posting this right now.

Can you identify the thoughts and feelings you had prior to cutting?

Do you want to talk it out here on this thread? It might be helpful to unravel what seems to be impossible to unravel... to identify the trigger(s)...
