I feel like hurting the bear. Others get kicks out of hurting me, why not me

Maybe I can find a Creative way of doing this

Is it possible that you're angry with the others who hurt you but feel you cannot or do not have the right to strike back and defend yourself? So, in which case, you focus the anger back on yourself in the form of self-injury?
