Welcome to PC. I have learned other coping skills to use but I still remember the urge to SI. I hope that the urges do not become to great for you. Can you think of how you coped for so long without SI?

I've only been self-injury "free" for just over a year now... it still lurks in the back of my mind some days. I think its just the whole "choosing to do something better to cope" thing. Has anything changed recently to explain why the thoughts are back?
