ive had nightmares all night. then a friend called when i FINALLY went to sleep b/c of her court ordeal...which sux btw. her ex b/f is abusive....anyway...then i went back to sleep and had more.

im still anxious from waking in a panic. i know im supposed to write them down and put the scary things away but how do u do that if u cant remember them? only that ur panicking?

i wanna hurt.

((((((((((((((((((((((halliebeth)))))))))))))))))))))))) I hope you were able to resist harming yourself. I am sorry things are so very hard. Nightmares are aweful whether you remember them or not. The feelings are still there. Hope you get some restful sleep soon.
