i haven't cut on 352 days in the past year and it's been 78 days since the last time i cut... it has been really close at times ... and the thoughts are ever present... and right now they are extremely strong... lyn

Breathe.....
i did get some "body tattoo pens" that i now use when i want to harm. i draw things out on my legs... someitmes i press hard on the pens and it causes some of the same feelings. then they wash off after a few days.

You've not cut on a lot of days. and 78 days is quite an accomplishment. come to think of it, i'm at 26 days myself.
thinking of you..... kiya

Keep it up hun, your doing great! Even if the urges feel so strong right now, look inside for the part of you that does not want too - and try and bring it out

much love babyg xXx

Hi Lyn.

When I need to summon motivation to do something, I try fixating on my detractors. When I was trying to lose weight, there were times where I just wanted to give up and stop working out, eating healthy, etc. When that happened, I would just think about my cousin who called my dedication into question and doubted whether I'd be able to accomplish it. I did, and I got laid a lot in response. :-)

Maybe you can find that same doubt and challenge it, whether it be doubt from someone else, or ways that you doubt yourself. "Oh really? I'll show you some f#@king self control!" You've gone 78 days. It's bound to get hard, but you can keep fighting it like you've done thus far.

*high five and bear hug*
