GROWL!!! I don't know how much longer I can go..I thought I got rid of them all but I didn't. I found two nights ago when I was cleaning my room. It now is sitting in my tray where I keep my keys and loose change. I keep starying at it at night...I keep thinking one more cut..just one more and then never again. WHY??? why must I keep turning back to this over and over again. I want to get rid of it but I can't..I physically can't..I freeze everytime I try to put it in the garbage can. So frustrated and anxious..

I understand how hard it is to get rid of what you harm yourself with. I know I have struggled. I hope you find the strength to throw them out. Please try and stay safe.

Thank you babyg. I was sitting in graduation practice thinking about it all when I realized that another cut would do me no good..it would just lead to another and another..I want to stop and I know I will always struggle with this..I will always have to work really hard to stay clean from SI..but its a struggle I am willing to take.

My graduation is Friday!! I'm feeling kinda of low today..partially because I'm graduating high school and partaily because they are gone.
Is it wrong to feel sad because I threw away the darts I used to self injure with? I've been thinking about it all day..

Its not wrong at all, its completely normal! Your letting go of a big part of your life, your bound to feel like this....

It will get easier though, I promise!
