a. i would suggest that you actually talk to someone like a nurse or school counselor.
b. i would wear a long sleeved shirt under my p.e. shirt.
c. i would go back to point a.

yes maybe wear a long-sleeved shirt under your PE shirt, maybe tell your PE teacher you're trying to work up a sweat or something, lol.

Or maybe you could wear arm-warmers, not sure if that would look rather strange or not. Or depending on where the marks are, maybe you could wear a stretchy wrist support/ wrist band.

Definately agree with what Kiya said.

If you have just started doing this recently, I'd really advise you to talk to someone about it before you get too far into it. Im sure everyone else on here would say the same thing.

We used to be able to wear sweat jumpers in pe - do you have a set uniform or can you wear your own stuff??

Do you have any particular reason for doing it?

what id have done is either wear my own top that covers it or make an excuse not to do P.E!

I managed to not do P.E. for Wednesday, because I told the Student Services at school about the S.I., but I don't know what to do on Friday.

Plus, my Psychologist wants me to tell my mum or he is - even if I dont want him to, cus he thinks I can't cope and that I might take it much too far, I agree in a way, but I can't tell her - im just too much of a chicken to bring myself to do it.

You could always write her a letter instead of telling her in person, it may be more comfterable that way and you could think over what you want to say before you say it.
Best wishes to ya hun, good job on telling someone, that takes alot of courage.

Well, I have come to a decision of what to do about P.E. tomorrow - I am going to have to tell my head of year - I don't want to tell anybody, but I feel I have to. So I'm going to tell her, so she can do something about P.E. tomorrow.

I am going to go clothes shopping on Saturday and get a long sleeved t-shirt - that will solve any future P.E. lessons problems.

My psychologist has given me no choice - he is allowed to tell my mum anything if he thinks I can't cope, if he thinks I'm gonna, well, you know. So he is going to. I'm just going to let HIM do it - I just can't.

Will keep you posted.

Thanks for all of your help OXO OXO OXO OXO OXO - HUGS!!!!

Thanks.
The problem has now been sorted - my psychologist told my mum by accident, as he sent a text to my mums mobile saying about it. She phoned him and asked him to explain the message, everything was done while I was at school.

Got into my mums car today after school "We have to go to Claraden House" (Claraden House is my local health services centre). Anyways, she then went on to say "I got a text.........." Got a feeling of "Oh...no...", then she went onm with the sentence "I know now". Of course, we went to see my psychiatrist, he explained everything to my mum. I was angry, of course I was - my psychiatrist has just told my mum I self harm without my permission.

Anyway, we had the session, got home. Mum didnt go into my room. Instead, we made a promise - I clean my room and bring down the Stanley Blades only. So I did, she has so far respected me and not gone into my room because I told her not to. If she betrays this trust, I swear I won't even speak to her ever again.

It's going good so far - Happy, havent self harmed since school around 8 hours ago HELP! WHAT TO DO?!!

Thanks for all of your help, very much.
