okay I've heard of the whole ice trick and yea that help the urge for the pain but what can I do for the urge to see and taste blood???

Sometimes you can use a marker to draw on yourself, or make fake blood with corn syrup and red food coloring. I'm not sure how to help with the taste of blood though, sorry.
