I thought this might be a good thread to start. I can't say i did all that great at self-care today but yesterday.. I hate a good dinner and went shopping. It was fun to shop and take some time to myself. Tomorrow, I plan on making dinner for myself.

I think you are focusing on the right thing here--YOU!! Feed yourself well and take baths in yummy smelling potions. Read a juicy novel and treat yourself to getting your full night's rest for a week!

Oh the possibilities for self-care are limitless!

I'm still applauding Self-care.. Yea for me!

Last night I made dinner for the rest of the week.. Blackened Salmon, broccolli and cheese, green bean casserole, and peas and carrots. Yum. I can't wait to eat it. Self-care.. Yea for me!
