No one deserves to be cut. You don't deserve it, at all.

Is there something you can do to help you get grounded? Go outside for a bit, maybe?

Or do you need to vent some feelings? Maybe writing in a journal, writing on PC, calling someone?

Be gentle with you. You don't have to do it just because you feel the urge.

Nice to see you again. urges

What have you done that is "bad"? Surely if someone else was in your position, you wouldn't say they deserve to hurt - would you?

Urges sometimes come and go as they please, I'm sorry about that. urges It isn't fun to deal with at all.

PM me anytime, ok?
