That's the Secret Shame site -- I gave it to my T like the week after we first met :-). It's got a lot of good information, but it's kind of dense and does take a long time to read.

Thanks for sharing that site with us. The intro is nice. It is good to be told what we do isn't shameful. I didn't get further in though because I am in a place that I don't want to disturb right now...I am stable. ha ha. Why chance rocking the boat?
