I'm here. Did something happen that made you feel this way?

You can pm me if you want to.

My pdoc reduced my meds, but the reduction made my anxiety to come back. After the anxiety I started to have obsessive thoughts about cutting myself... I'm afraid of my thoughts... I want to stop thinking... thank you for being here roseleigh

I'm sorry you are having those thoughts. What has helped you in the past get through the thoughts?

This is a good post about things to do instead of SI:

Do you know why your pdoc reduced your meds?

Only medication has helped me on the past cause this is an obsessive thought... but my pdoc wants to see me until Friday, in the meanwhile I am taking more Klonopin, which has helped with the anxiety, but it is not with the thoughts... I need to stop the thoughts! Thank you for the link, I'm reading it. There are so many things I could use but don't know which of them to do... can't think up straight...

he reduced them because I was feeling better, but I think he reduced them too much, now I don't know what to do, because I don't want anybody to notice I am thinking these things

It is hard to think straight. Maybe you could make a little list of about five things that you think would work best and concentrate on those things.

I wish you the best. Hang in there and keep trying not to harm yourself.
