I woke up this moring. It was a great morning. The sun was lighting a red sky. I decided to take a nature walk. As I walked to the water I could see deer eating grass, squries running around. I got to the brook and seen a couple of humming birds buzzing around. I sighed at the wonder of nature. As I walked along the brook it starded to sprinkle. I didn't pay it much mind. AsI wonderd along the path the wind and rain picked up. The brook was moving a little faster. I didn't understand these strange feeling. As I walked on I came to where the brookturned into a river. My senses were on overload, but I blindly went on. The wind started blowing like hell, the rain was coming down sideways. I slipped into the water which was flowing very fast.I was panicy! My emotions were running away with me. I couldn't countrol a thought. I was in rapids know. Everything was overwelming me. I didn't know if I should cut, scream, or pull my hair out. As time went on the rapids of emotion slowed down. I made it to shore. I felt safe again. Do you'll ever feel like that? What do you do when you are in turmoil? Take care,Greg
