I si right in front of people and they say and do nothing its great as though it dosent matter its just like scratching an itch

I am sorry you are not in a place right now to see the impacts SI can have on you both emotionally and physically. Maybe you can explore why you find the need to hurt yourself? There are other coping mechanisms which do not involve SI that I hope you will explore using. My thoughts are with you. I hope soon you are ready to heal from your pain.

I see you and I am asking you to not hurt yourself. Now Im going to sit by you and we are going to play a card game. Then if you really need to keep your hands busy you can come over and help me clean the oven. i will keep you busy until u feel better.
