Nope. I'm not buying into yer junky thinking. I happen to KNOW you're not $^%!@*^!!
Is there anything we can do here to help you get through this? Just because your mind is telling you a distortion does not mean it is true!! Just ask around here. You'll quickly find that not a one will believe that you ARE @*^$&!. Because you are NOT. You are a wonderful person who is in pain. For that I am sorry. I would do anything to alleviate it. ((Fuzzanator)) You'll be back. (gawd can you believe the terminator is my governor?! what a wacky world!!)

I am not saying this to get any more replies, I have posted too much anyway over the last few days, but I hope no one is mad at me for changing my mind. (I only say this because I was banned on another board for changing my mind, and I only did so once. I hope no one thinks I am having a "pity party", but I guess we are all entitled to those sometimes too ) Oh well, it isn't as if I keep doing it. I have had so much %#@&#! in my head lately it isn't funny But it isn't an excuse for behaving like a %#@&#!.Love, Fuzzy

I don't think you're having a pity party, sweet bear. I think you're hurting, and you're doing your best to deal with that hurt. Besides, even if you wanted to have a pity party, that's your right and I'd party with you
