TRIGGER TRIGGER TRIGGER TRIGGER

When will the urges go away??
How do l find the strength in me??
How do l make it all not matter??
How do l forgive myself?
How do l set myself free?
When will these feelings ever stop?
Anger, rage, sadness, hurt
Worthlessness, desperation

"l must learn to recognise the opportunity to grow and heal that is offered to me each day"

aaaarrrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhh l wish it was that easy!!!!

mandyxxtoday l am weak

Just remember hon, that you didn't develop the feelings and thoughts and urges over a short period of time and they won't go away after a short period of time. Unfortunately it's a long long process.

You can't because it does matter, you matter....

How do l forgive myself?

For what?

How do l set myself free?

By working through it.

You need to work through your feelings.....

Anger, rage, sadness, hurt
Worthlessness, desperation

and work on your self worth...

I am sorry that you are having a tough day.......
