Please don't give up. I know it is hard to replace the instand gratification but I hope you can recognize that you don't deserve to harm yourself. I am sorry that you feel there are no other alternatives but keep searching. There are some for you. Is there someone you can work it through with?

Just keep trying more stuff. It sounds like you are having a hard time, I'm sorry. If you need to, stay with a friend. Don't hang out in the room you injure yourself in. Get rid of your favorite weapon. Write yourself a note that yells at the self harm. What has it robbed you of? Your freedom, your feelings, friends who ran away from you.? Has it added shame or do you brag about your injuries? I doubt you brag about them. It sounds like you want to change.
I'm here for you,
