I am 18 now. I am no longer going to my former T, although I still have to take my zoloft (100 mg). I am supposed to be seeing a T that comes to my school each week, but I have only seen her once in like 4 months- so I doubt I will see her. And I have to see a PDoc in another county to check in with me about my meds. I am happy to be rid of Vivian (T), but I am a little frightened b/c I haven't cut in a long time, yet if I get the urges, I might not be sensible enough to seek help. What should I do if I get them at home-alone? at school? work? please answer me guys. i luv u all.
