I break my knuckles because I punch walls when I'm mad. My parents seem to be the only ones that make me angry.HELP ME.Before I do something really stupid.

Quit punching walls and punch a pillow. Better some feathers fly than break your knuckles. I studied 6 forms of martial arts. The knuckles are not the best edge of a hand.

I dont know how old you are - if youre at school can you see a school counciller - if you are at work - can you see a T - they can give you ideas how to deal with your anger - you need to find out what makes you angry and try another way of dealing with it than hurting yourself - I hope you find somthing that works - if punching pillows works - do that - take care P7

Do you want to talk here about your anger? Therapy sounds like a good idea............
