i have like i guessed "relapsed" cause i am thinking about it all the time again. what should i do?

Call a hotline. Let them talk you out of it. Don't do anything to harm yourself -- it's not worth it.

Meaning that the state/city pays all or part of the funding for the visit and treatment, based on income level/ability to pay. It comes from tax dollars.

Can't help you with that one. Just go get help. It's harder to procrastinate than to actually make the call. Come on... that's one of the survival skills we all must learn in order to be self-sufficient adults. Just do it.
