I can't seem to control myself even when i am feeling ok. I was fine the other day yet i went and took 9 sleeping tablets, i don't even know why. Luckily the next door babysitter came over and saw the state i was in once i had taken them and took me back to her house to look after me. Why am i doing this? I want it to stop i don't want to hurt myself yet i am why?

Starting therapy is very good. It will help you to get to the bottom of what is bothering you............
