I slipped pretty bad a few nights back. I'm embarrassed about it, but I'm a little concerned because of the way in which I caused harm to myself. I don't know I need to go find some help for this. I was supposed to get into a program this week, but I'm sick with pneumonia. I don't have the energy to find the help. Hopefully it doesn't get worse...

Just needed to vent.

((((((jet))))))) ty so much for the support

I guess it's just a time when too much is going on. My dad had to go to the hospital 2weeks ago for chest pain and his arm went numb. He was very lucky they were able to put a stint in. His artery was over 90% blocked. I guess the realization of his situation was a lot for me. I started to think about myself stabbing myself. When I usually cut it's usually to just really "feel the pain" of it not necessarily to cuz damage. I just think it's gotten worse with so many things going on at once. There is a lot more happening at this time *shrugs*. Hopefully I won't have a repeat of this. Maybe it happened b/c at the time I was very angry.

Anyways, thank you so much for all your support. I really appreciate it I slipped.
