If I read too much about self-injury it makes me obsess on it and sometimes fantasize about it. So, I can only take so much in this room and when I do I must be very strong and centered to help out anyone else. Anyone relate? or am I really nuts?

oneinleftfield,
I can relate. I am the same way. It is hard to not be triggered by posts in this forum, but at the same time there is support and encouragement here too.
I guess the answer is to read and post in small doses, and as you said, when feeling particularly strong.

take care and stay safe....
