heart thumping,pulse racing and breathing deep. thoughts swirling, mouth parched, limbs shaking. i dont know what is wrong or why i feel this way but all I know is i want to cut. my grandma is going to leave soon....

no i do not. however, i did not do anything b/c i fell asleep and just woke up.
