AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! I am so freakin' stupid. i have been so triggered lately. last night i bought gauze and medical tape. i took 2 razorblades from the office in our store (blades for our box cutters). I cut so deep. any deeper and i would probably have had to get stitches.....funny thing is- it didn't hurt AT ALL!!!! why do i have to be sooo stupid????????????????????????????????????????????????? i have an appointment w/ new pdoc on Monday...I hope he doesn't ask to see my arms. STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!

Hallie, slipping is not stupid... it's just slipping. Everyone slips. It happens. You just have to try not to beat yourself up to bad and start again. Believe me.

i think i am just really mad at myself b/c prom is next month and i have to make sure i don't "slip up" any more before then. I hope they are healed and faded by then.
