I had to throw my thanksgiving pie out, but I do have another can of pumpkin and evaporated milk. I also bought cool whip. I never got my apple pie made either. Maybe an apple crisp instead?

I dunno if I ever had apple crisp but it sounds good. Like a Brown Betty?

Probably, it's like apple pie with no bottom crust and a crust of oatmeal, brown sugar and butter crumbled on top. I'm very fond of it hot with ice cream.
