Thanks, pachy. I'm working on getting ready for old age--checking off my bucket list, downsizing, moving closer to my doctors, etc. I'm a young 62!

Another book that we should all read is:

BULLYING AMONG OLDER ADULTS (How to Recognize and Address an Unseen Epidemic) by Robin P. Bonifas

It goes into the idea of EMPATHY TRAINING as one solution to this problem.
