....at least I will be officially a member of Senior's Lounge in 4 1/2 hours
 I've been posting here for the past month but tomorrow, December 28th, I'll be 55. I hope to have a peaceful day, then will be going to dinner at my favorite restaurant with my husband, daughter, and son-in-law.

Congratulations on getting old... uh... older? Hm-m-m-m.... somehow that doesn't quite sound right.

Happy belated birthday. ( I've been checking out Nami, Caminar, Clubhouse, etc, last few days to see if any place could help with my severe depression, lonliness, etc. Think I'm too depressed to even reach out in person. Did send emails but have diffiulty leaving apt. I'm over 65. You're a youngster. Wish I could take all of the burden off of my girlfriend of 20+ yrs.) Thank you for working at Nami. Heard great things about Nami thru Kaiser. Take care

It's really nice to be on the Senior board of PC. Good to hang out with those who have a lot of life experience.Saunder, how kind of you. I enjoy facilitating my NAMI group very much. I do hope that you will give a NAMI group a try. Remember that if you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed you can leave. But I bet you'd find the group interesting and maybe even helpful
