I do things regularly that make me wonder if I'm losin' it. Neither of my parents developed dementia. But I've struggled with a lot of depression & anxiety throughout my life. And I've read that can be a precursor to senior dementia. So I don't know. I actually have a pretty set routine for how I do things. And I find that if I step outside of that routine for some reason I get easily confused...
