Has anybody tried Tai Chi? I did before my hip arthritis got too bad and I really liked it. It's great for core strengthening and balance but doesn't leave you hot and sweaty. If there is not a class nearby there are lots of beginning tai chi videos on you tube. When I recover from my hip replacement I plan on starting up again.
