What is the best Medicare provider out there? I want one that does not take monies from Social Security.

It depends a lot on the state you live in. In Massachusetts Tufts has some no premium plans and some with small premiums that give you better medicine prices.

A lot depends on what meds they cover and what they charge for them. These may be of some help Find Low-Cost Medicare Plans by State

Google your state and lowest premium medicare supplemental insurance and see what you get.

Thanks, CANDC. I can think of nothing else to add.

However, my husband and I have a supplemental insurance as well, which is a great thing, if you can afford it, Honey Beagle. (I like your name!) Medicare is sure cheap about covering some things, and I think they're likely to get worse.
