Me either. Gosh that’s nasty. Sigh…yet another article saying what I’m supposed to eat. I had enough of being told what to eat as a kid, geez. Now I eat what I want. Mashed avocado looks like green vomit and I think it’s an ingredient in guacamole. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ Call me "owl" for short! I love avocado 🥑 but I like it with lemon juice and salt. But it’s too expensive to eat everyday. It’s a once in a while treat. Before it became the latest fad it was affordable, now, ehh.

I buy them when I go to the grocery. Love to cut them up in my salads. Also use avacado oil to fry some foods with. I am at the point where I will spend for good quality food & do without other things. Was dealing with anorexia before I moved here & in farm country & good food, I am now healthy so I figure quality foods I like are what my body needs & I make foods I like now with lots of flavor

Oh good, I bake with coconut oil only & I fry with olive or avacodo oil. I bake my bacon rather than fry it also. Was healthy without even paying much attention to that

Oh, definitely the ones from places like Dominio's are much better--and that's good, it seems.

Managing the Effects of Arthritis - Stress, Pain, Fatigue, and More
Boy, how I can relate to this one. My foot doctor told me today my feet have arthritis. And, yes, they hurt like heck. I am going to a arthritis doctor now. Home Remedies for Managing Osteoarthritis I haven't tried all of these, but they might work, What are your experiences with arthritis? |

I have that, too, pachy--in that place, too. I have to take opiates to cope (approved by my psychiatrist, who knows pain causes me to get depressed.) It's sure no fun.

Simple Steps to Strengthen Your Bones
At least I'm doing some of these things--liew calcium and Vitamin D. But I also get Prolia shots twice a year. I have progressed from osteporosis to osteopenia. |

I get enough Vit D now after taking supplements for years. Low bone density but not osteoporosis. I walk/jog/run on the treadmill 3 times a week for 30 minutes or use other cardio machines like Stairclimbers. Honestly it's a chore and I do it because it's supposed to be good. Don't drink or smoke. __________________ Call me "owl" for short! Hmmm....looks like some good tips in here. "Okay, enough photos. I'm a very BUSY Business Kitty, so make an appointment next time." |

European countries are miles ahead of us on added dyes and other non food stuff added to food. They have banned a lot of dyes. Their food isn’t as pretty but it’s healthier

I have a bunch of (old) age related health issues now. Shortness of breath, caused by what? Hospital stay plus lots of tests. Death coming up, someday...
