Do any of our Senior Participants here have Original Medicare Parts A & B?

Do you also have one of the Medicare Supplement Plans better known as Medigap?

If so, what has been your experience with or opinion on it?

It appears that it may be a good way to avoid incurring significant medical debt.

I turn 65 this coming February and am considering it, but ...

I want to know if there are any down sides to it.

Thank you!

I took blue cross medicare advantage.

The medigap plans seemed to hold no advantage over uh advantage for me, either short or long term.

I hope you find an answer to your question.
