A person that watches and masterbates to porn at least once a day? A person who does it often when alone? Especially before bed and after they wake up?

Not necessarily. If it's not interfering with the person's life, it may be not an issue. If there is worry, the person could talk to a therapist.

I've known for years that my husband viewed porn, but not until a few weeks ago did I check the history on our computers to see how very much he had been seeing. I counted over 400 views for just one day! I thought that was quite excessive. In an 8 hour day, he'd spend 7-1/2 of them on porn sites and then told me he was looking for work. I felt betrayed, not only by his lies, but his ever-increasing need to spend time on the computer and look at porn while I was downstairs, waiting for him to come and spend some quality time with me. Porn can be very destructive.

It got to the point where he was choosing the porn over having sex with me, then lied about it and said he was never "in the mood" anymore. I consider that a problem.

Masturbating is a normal thing but when it comes compulsive and excessive then it would be an addiction.
