So I thought of starting a log to keep track of how much time masturbating takes away from my day.

For context, I am on meds that make "finishing" take significantly longer. This has caused me to masturbate for 2 - 3 hours + everyday, which is a lot of time :/

Everyday, I'll leave a log to see if reducing masturbation gives me more free time or not.

You bring up a very good point. Doing it everyday will take a lot of time away from your day. I can't do it everyday but when I do it , like you , it would take me hours to climax , because of the damn meds !! Sometimes I leave myself raw. Other times I just quit and give up. It's a really messed up situation.

Don't worry, when you get older you don't have the urge so much and orgasms are not what they used to be. I was hypersexual most of my life.

Day 1 - 24/03/2023

Did not watch porn or masturbate and feeling okay so far. Did end up sleeping a lot or watching YouTube though. These meds do make me sleepy as well 😴

Day 2 - 25/03/2023

Did watch a little bit of porn during the morning. It did only take around 30 - 45 minutes of time, which isn't too bad. Did however notice that some of the more "spicy" TikToks (18+ accounts of course) did make me go into the mood haha.

I don't mind little bit of time being taken. It's when it affects work arrival, that it becomes a problem.

Day 3 - 26/03/2023

Did nothing today other than sleep, watch YouTube and eat. Only watched around 30 min of porn, which is the same as yesterday. Did not "finish" though.

Spent around an hour on porn. Not feeling good today in general. Did go out to a meeting and gym, but pretty much slept the rest of the time

When is "old" because I worried about waiting till it's too late, this addiction takes away some IQ and social points from me

Today I spent 2 - 3 hrs, split across at night and morning. Could have used that time to work on projects I have :/

I agree with you. I noticed a few people say "it gets better with time", but that really isn't a good solution, nor does it apply to everyone.

From personal experience, I have noticed that low mood or depression can cause excessive masturbation, probably because the masturbation "rewards" your brain so you feel some sort of happiness. Luckily anti depressants can help with it, and has helped me. During 2021, I'd masturbate excessively (4 times everyday), however better mood has reduced this slightly.

Watched no porn today, nor did I masturbate today. I actually got a lot of work done today!! - also masturbation is a little messy, but did not have to deal with that today.

Update 9 - 16/04/2023

Been watching more porn recently. Maybe 2 - 3 times, though this may be due to having a mild illness atm. It's meant that I've been in bed most of the time, since I was too unwell to go to work.
