I just want you to know that you're not the only one. I haven't heard specifically the 'heel' of the foot although I'm sure there are people who go for that. But the foot is often selected as a fetish as well as the ankle. The only time a person should be concerned is if it's interfering with their normal life or it's makig them unhappy or unbalanced.
I read your bio and you say you have OCD - so masturbating for 8 hrs would be attributed to your OCD - be careful not to injure yourself. Since you prefer the heel more than the sexual areas of a woman, then I would consider this a reason to be concerned. Are you on medication for OCD?
You say even looking at your own heel satisfies your fetish? If you have a psychologist I would talk it over with him/her. Just know there are all kinds of fetishes and you're not alone. But just make sure you don't let it interfere with a normal life. Best of liuck.
