Let me start by saying that my girlfriend of 7 years was sexually abused alot as a child in foster homes and even with her current adopted family...well not by any of them but the neighbors boys who used to babysit her brothers/sister. She was molested fully by this guy for 4 years straight and says she doesn't have any sexual problems in her eyes. This is the thing though she claims she just likes to have sex with other people but still wants the relationship with me but in an open way if you know what I mean, so I can have sex with other people too....wow...I just want to know is she like this because of the abuse. She doesn't ever want to see these people again basically just f**k them and leave...its not like a daily thing for her she said but I don't know what to think I have been talking to people in the relationship column but this nagging question is in my heart and mind and I was just curious if being sexually molested would cause this type of behavior? Thank you.

I would say YES that her present actions / wants could possibly be seeded in the deep wounds of being sexually abuse as a child... the hidden wounds that haunt her today rather she realizes it or not.

(I speak from the experience of an adult that had to over come twelve years of being sexual abuse as a child)
