hi im new 2 this forum watched my 1st online porn last night then got very paranoid about watching it feeling pretty sick and discusted with myself 4 watching it i suffer from a range of things from ocd depression social phobia extream paranoia was so paranoid i even looked up the legal status of porn am terrified i did something wrong please please help im in deep depression now and 2 embarrased 2 speak 2 anyone about it does anybody feel like me or am i the only one

I agree with Rhapsody - relax. As long as you weren't watching illegal porn then you're okay. I do want to mention though, porn can paint an unrealistic picture of sexuality so use it sparingly.

Don't worry about what you've done, I know the feeling of guilt and feeling dirty, I thought I was somehow going to be punished for it. Bare in mind though that it does nothing for me. In fact at times I've even found it boring.

As everyone has already said, it's healthy to view porn (in moderation), if that's what you're into.

Haha I've even fast forwarded through porn (isn't that a nice picture). I think one thing that brings it down is the lack of realism in it, no story line, no emotional connection between the 2 (or 3 or 4) people. It just cuts to the chase.

There are so many puns I'm dying to use right now so I think I might just stop talking before I do...
